It was difficult to find actual details of some of the names mentioned, further reserch needs to be done in both the Lodge records and War records to pinpoint some of the men. Some of my findings could be wrong. Many need to be clarified and confirmed

Hodge John Sergeant, Australian Infantry Force Buried at Fouquescourt British Cemetery (Somme) Died 10th August 1918, age 31 Initiated 6th February 1908. Son of Joseph and Mary C. Hodge, of 35 Park Road, Brechin. Australian Infantry (A.I.F.) 5th Batt
Cushnie George Robert Lance Corporal, Canadian Infantry Remembered at Adanac Military Cemetery, Miraumont, France. Died 19th November 1916, age 29 Son of Alexander Cushnie, of Crossroads, Kinnell, Froickheim. Initiated 1st Feb 1912. 44th Batt Canadian Infantry
Watson James Private, South African Infantry Remembered at the Thiepval Memorial Died 18th July 1916, age 45 Son of James & Mary Ann Davidson Watson, Born at Brechin. Enlisted in Lovat Scouts 1901. Served in South African Campaign. Re-enlisted 1914. Initiated 12th Dec 1895. 3rd Regt, South African Infantry.
Beedie Charles Peter Private, Bedfordshire Regiment Remembered at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial. Died 15th August 1917 7th Batt Bedfordshire Regiment. Initiated 9th Jan 1902
Munro Frank Whyte ? ? Died August 1918, aged 24 Mentioned as a Grocer, Initiated on the 3rd Januray 1918. No further information available, He is not on any Brechin War records. Nor in CWGC records.
