Nelson Roy Flight-Sergeant, R.A.F. Remembered with honour. DARLINGTON WEST CEMETERY Died 18th July 1940 Initiated on the 13th October 1938, Flight Sergeant, R.A.F. Montrose. Son of Richard and Daisy Nelson; husband of Leta Nelson, of Darlington.
Paton William Second Engineer Officer, S.S. Baron Kelvin (Ardrossan), Merchant Navy. Remembered with honour. TOWER HILL MEMORIAL. Died 19th October 1941, aged 33 Ship torpedoed by German Submarine whilst in convoy, near Gibraltar. Son of Robert P. and Alison Paton; husband of Mary F. Paton, of Dundee.Initiated on the 10th April 1930, Aged 21, Engineer, Rocklea, Broughty Ferry.

Donaldson John Thomson Captain, Aged 40, S.S. Bengloe, Merchant Navy Remembered with honour on the TOWER HILL MEMORIAL. Died 26th May 1945, aged 40. HE died suddenly at the Merchant Navy Transit Hotel in Naples Initiated 10th April 1930, aged 25, recorded as a Ship’s Officer, 71 Brown Street, Broughty Ferry. Husband of Mrs Donaldson, 99 Gairn Street, Aberdeen.
Tonner Alexander Riach Warrant Officer Class II, 2nd Bn., Seaforth Highlanders Remembered with honour. SYRACUSE WAR CEMETERY, SICILY Died 14th July 1943, aged 31 Initiated 25th April 1940, Aged 27, Sergeant, Seaforth Highlanders, c/o Bartlett, 43 Morrison Street, Edinburgh. Son of Charles and Elsie R. Tonnar; husband of Margaret I. S. Tonnar, of Edinburgh.

Died, 27th February 1940 Initiated on 12th February 1931, recorded as a Fisherman, age 22 of 27 Fort Street, Broughty Ferry. Son of William Thomas Lorimer and Mary Knght Lorimer, husband of Mary H.T. Lorimer of Broughty Ferry, Angus.
Anderson George Second Hand, aged 50, Fishing Vessel ‘Ben Attow’ Remembered with honour on the TOWER HILL MEMORIAL. Died, 27th February 1940 Initiated on the 3rd April 1918, age 27, a Seaman of 153 Fisher Street, Broughty Ferry. Son of John and Margaret Anderson; Husband of Barbara M. Anderson, of Broughty Ferry. Angus.
