Grand Lodge reaches Half a Million Pounds in Money raised for the Childrens Hospice Appeal Scotland.

At the 100th Anniversary celebrations of the building of Freemasons Hall, in George Street Edinburgh, which also coincided with the 275th Anniversary of the Founding of the Grand Lodge of Scotland.

The Grand Lodge achived a significant milestone in that it has now donated £500,000 to C.H.A.S. (Childrens Hospice Appeal Scotland), an event which seems to have had scant attention from the media who did not think it fit to publicise to a great extent. - This was commemorated at the event in Murrayfield Stadium on the 9th April 2011.
